The self-help section provides evidence-based coping strategies, crisis helpline numbers, and practical techniques specifically designed to reduce impulsive behaviour-driven self-harm. These resources are available immediately and confidentially, empowering individuals to take the first step towards help without any stigma.

Daily Resilience Building (5-8 Minutes)

The resilience building module is a structured, instrument-free programme that can be done at the comfort of your bed every day, taking hardly 5 to 8 minutes. It targets six core competencies — thinking skills, resilience skills, communication skills, interpersonal skills, emotional regulation, and a positive outlook — all contributing synergistically towards building robust psychological resilience within a short span.
